Refund Policy for Dinopix Pty Ltd
Cancellation and Refunds: At Dinopix Pty Ltd, we strive to offer flexibility and satisfaction to our clients through our digital strategy execution services. Understanding that business needs can change, we offer the ability to cancel your service subscription at any time, with refunds calculated based on unused points within your package.
Cancellation Policy:
- Clients may cancel their subscription package at any time directly through their Dinopix dashboard.
- To initiate a cancellation, please navigate to your account settings within the Dinopix dashboard and select the option to cancel your current subscription.
Refund Eligibility:
- Upon cancellation, clients are eligible for a refund for any unused points remaining in their account at the time of cancellation.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused points, with each point valued at the rate established in the initial package purchase (e.g., if the package rate is $1100 per month with each point valued at $110, and there are unused points, the refund will be calculated accordingly).
Process for Refund:
- Following the cancellation of a subscription, Dinopix Pty Ltd will automatically process the refund for the unused points within your package.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund transaction to be completed.
No Refund for Used Points:
- Points that have been used towards completed tasks are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for points that have not been allocated to any task at the time of cancellation.
Free Package:
- The Free Package offer is non-refundable, serving as a trial to experience our services.
Modifications to Refund Policy:
- Dinopix Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
